To be viciously attacked by Rachel Tanenhaus and Jeanette Spalding means that they are abusing their authority, maliciously being cruel to residents, and using the appointment as a battering ram to hurt people for their sick enjoyment - it is called BULLYING, and Tanenhaus and Spalding engage in it, facilitate it, urge others to participate in it (possible "criminal solicitation,") and potentially put my life in danger because they want to make names for themselves in this city, purportedly.

Dear Council Vice President Lungo-Koehn and Solicitor Rumley:
Councilor Michael Marks noted that I properly filled out a petition #15-815 and deserved to speak.
Looking
at Rule #43 posted by City Clerk Ed Finn - the individual who
physically and verbally assaulted me on or about June 16, 2015 -
provides for the free speech: that was denied me "The Medford City
Council Chambers shall be open to all Medford citizens for the purposes
of disseminating public information,... (Rule 43; http://www.medfordma.org/city-council-2/city-council-rules/ )
Here's that petition filed on December 17, 2015 and denied on December 22, 2015. "The undersigned respectfully pray for a vetting of the Muccini-Burke transition team."
Councilor
Robert M. Penta noted to me via phone that I was not "out of order" as I
never had the opportunity to speak. Indeed, many citizens have echoed
my need to know exactly who these individuals on the transition team
are, and what qualifications they have to move this city forward.

Dello Russo, Jr. illegally called a paper "out of order" in a flagrant
conflict of interest since Dello Russo and Paul Camuso, who also voted
to stifle free speech, are both on this transition team.
To
quote Mayor McGlynn when he referenced TV3: "Why all the anxiety?" To
the logical mind, the individuals who asked for CORI reports on many
taxi drivers do not want the public to see their own CORI reports. Do
Dello Russo and Camuso have criminal backgrounds?
Dello
Russo makes millions from a corporation set up by his grandfather and
his uncle, both who received four month jail terms regarding the Dello
Russo Funeral Home, so Dello Russo has benefited handsomely from a
company which had two principles who broke the law.
Why
would Mr. Dello Russo be so cowardly and frightened to even have a
DISCUSSION of vetting the twenty-eight members of the transition team.
It smacks of abuse of power and secrecy. What is Mr. Dello Russo trying
to hide?

A. Camuso, the councilor with low standards, was weeping about his
grandmother at the council on 12/22/15, yet credible sources say that
Camuso interfered in his grandmother's wishes after her passing
regarding what his grandmother wanted to leave his cousin John's
family. It is also alleged that Camuso viciously attacked his own
grandmother with a bladed instrument - an axe, a meat cleaver or a
butcher knife, so many sources with chilling allegations.
Allegedly, Camuso reportedly moved his own grandmother's wake from one funeral parlor to another to spite the family when he allegedly could not get what he wanted.

Discrimination:
For
two weeks in a row Mr. Dello Russo allowed resident Jeanette Kathleen
"Jae" Spalding, the secretary for the commission for persons with
disabilities, as appointed by McGlynn, not to share her address with
the citizens as EVERY OTHER RESIDENT is required to do.
The Registrars of Voters Office has this information:
Jeanette Kathleen Spalding xxxxxxxxxxxxx Medford MA 02155. There is a street number and an apartment number. (the recipients received the name of the street - editor)
Since
the address is public record, why would Dello Russo DENY the residents
to hear public information on an appointee of McGlynn to a commission?
It's absurd, Dello Russo picking and choosing what the public will have
access to, mirroring Francis R. Pilleri, Jr, the individual who ran tv3
as if he were in "Havana," to quote Solicitor Mark Rumley.
Strangely,
there's another Jeanette Kathleen, last name "Beal," on 411.com;
Spalding uses the name Jae Spalding on Facebook, confusing citizens who
may be defamed by Spalding at the city council as she has defamed me on
Facebook, in concert with her friend Rachel Tanenhaus, the "chair" of
the disability commission. A woman who wrote me that it's her "hobby" to
be on another board (which I serve on with her.)

Gary Zappelli, a longtime TV3 producer, was not allowed to speak by Maiocco after refusing to give his home address due to a stalker. While Zappelli repeatedly gave an address of 5 High St. (the business address of TV3), Maiocco stopped him.
“I don’t care,” Maiocco said before turning Zappelli away.

DELLO RUSSO'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST HURTS THE CITY OF MEDFORD.
THIS IS AN ABUSE OF POWER BY DELLO RUSSO SO THAT THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY IN THE CITY OF MEDFORD
On
December 22, 2015 the conflicted council president had an obligation to
the community to have the council vice president, Breanna Lungo-Koehn,
preside over the petition, #15-815
CITY
SOLICITOR RUMLEY, who allegedly was spending Thursdays at Somerville
District Court as an alleged bill collector, and who used the city e
mail on a church website, a huge failure to separate church and state
and a vulgar display of bias in my opinion.
Rumley said this about behavior as exhibited by Dello Russo:
“The
one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that
the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city
would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I
would find any such effort repugnant.”

Mr.
Rumley suffered through "The Chumley Report" where Frank Pilleri,
Harvey Alberg and Ronald Delucia (directed by Dawn Natalia) pretty much
emasculated Rumley in his own community, hour after hour, day after
day. Rumley did nothing, but threatened to sue me over a cute little
poem. So Mr. Free Speech Mark Rumley will beat up on one person and
run like a coward when the big bad TV3 drags Rumley's name through the
mud, calling him the "holy roller," and Rumley doing nothing but
threatening a victim of TV3's who worked for Rumley in obtaining 2 DVDs
of the Chumley Report (one for Judge Jackson-Thompson,) Rumley using me
and not paying me a nickel for my efforts on his behalf; only to
threaten to sue the person who showed him kindness.
That's the definition of "repugnant."
But
TV3 was able to lie to the city council and to Mr. Rumley about a
producer who never existed; they perpetrated a fraud on the city with
Dirty Talk Live:
“It’s not up to anyone in this room to determine what a decent or wholesome program is,” Pilleri said. “It is the right of the member in good standing who wishes to air the show, and that is what public access is all about.”
When asked about the identity of the member, Pilleri said he was unsure of her full name and added she was a new member to the city.

atrocious activities by Dello Russo, Jr., Rumley, Camuso, Caraviello
and Adam Knight are not in the best interests of PUBLIC SERVICE or the
oath each and every one of them took.
They
violated their oath; they spit upon the faces of the residents who pay
them handsomely, and -in the case of Camuso, Caraviello, Knight and
Dello Russo, they voted for their own pay raises while doing very little
for the city of Medford
Mr.
Dello Russo should be impeached. A NO CONFIDENCE vote needs to be taken
on Dello Russo for his lack of decorum, lack of qualifications and lack
of common sense.
A
recall vote should take place and, in the meantime, three of the four
individuals remaining on the council should be removed and replaced with
Neil Osborne, Chris D'Aveta and Mark Crowley, the individuals next in
line to be on the city council.
I
demand that Solicitor Rumley prove he believes in free speech and that
he PERSONALLY vets all 28 members of the transition team at the next
meeting of the city council. To ignore this request would be proof that
Solicitor Rumley is as much a part of the censorship team as the four
disreputable councilors who spit on the First Amendment and who damage
life in Medford
