Did a Teacher have Sex with a Medford Candidate's Daughter????

548,915 @ 1:19 pm

Dear Chief Sacco and Superintendent Belson:

The new article of Clifton NJ school parents not alerted to an alleged bomb threat 12/3/15 (posting just 2 hours ago) reminds me of the October 30th theft at the McGlynn School and a teacher that may have, allegedly, slept with a student, a candidate's daughter; the teacher no longer at Medford High School as of June 30, 2015

The lack of transparency during an election was appalling and displayed bias.

Enclosed is a public records request.  The citizens deserve better.  Do I have to remind you that you are both public servants and the public is not being served.  Why do public records requests have to be filed when Mayor McGlynn declares "transparency" and Mark Rumley lies at the Mayor's
"farewell speech" that Michael J. McGlynn, the man who stole public access tv during an election, is "honest."

Didn't Mr. Rumley moonlight (allegedly) as a bill collector at Somerville District Court on Thursdays when his sole job was to be a public servant, not a bill collector (if the allegation is true.)   Just an important question

Chief Sacco's negligence with the Stephen LeBert case, not listening to a woman who had complained and admitting it; trashing the victim in the Officer Jimmy Lee case when Lee is the brother of the late best friend of Solicitor Rumley, and now an allegation that Chief Sacco is calling this reporter "a nut" after the police failed to help me with a stalker and - on my own with a lawyer - I obtained a protective order against the individual harassing me.

Chief Sacco, Solicitor Rumley and Roy Belson's true colors have been exposed by their own negligence.  It would be refreshing to see the documents requested from the public servants who act like they own this city.

Just a logical request from a journalist who has studied the city council more than any other resident in the past ten years.

When people call an investigator names it usually means that he has struck a nerve.

I will take the alleged insult from the police chief as proof that I am on the right track in this investigation.

Sincerely,

The Editor

Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request

Dear Mr. Belson, Chief Sacco and/or Keeper of the Records

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:

1)All documents in 2015 at the school, police department or mayor's office pertaining to two alleged bomb threats at Medford High School; allegedly, Roy Belson had bomb sniffing
dogs removed from the school.  All memos and documents regarding these alleged incidents are requested.

2)any memos or documents of teachers having sex with students in 2015 including but not limited to Jenna Tarabelsi and allegedly a male teacher no longer at the school as of 6/30/15 though his status as a junior varsity coach was still online in October until a previous public records request of mine.

3)documents providing information on the theft that occurred at the McGlynn School on October 30, 2015 and why it go to the press and possibly the parents on November 3, 2015
and appeared to be hushed up because of the election, showing bias

4)Documents concerning the alleged psychotic woman who got on a bus on or about Friday November 20, 2015   The WHDH story of Nov. 23/24 is enclosed to identify the documents I am looking for

A routine ride home from school turned very scary for a group of 18 young children after a drunk and seemingly delusional woman flagged down the school bus and got on.

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Sincerely,
The Editor
