EPHANIE MUCCINI-JERK
THIS CAME IN THE MAIL SURREPTITIOUSLY LAST YEAR....

LOVE IT!

CHAMPAGNE CAM-PAGNE!  WHO TAUGHT HER HOW TO SPELL?  ROY BELSON?

Replacing: Cugno, Knight, Dello Russo, Scarpelli, Falco, Rumley, Muccini-Burke, Belson

Dear Residents - now why are we critical of Mrs. Cugno, Mr. Knight, Mr. Dello Russo etc.?   It's obvious - they are remnants of the McGlynn Machine and as crop rotation is essential to good farming it is time for a little musical chairs and march Caraviello, Ed Finn, the entire Muccini-Burke corner office and the rest of the crony crew out the door.

What is "crop rotation" - part of the improvement is that it removes pests!  "Crop rotation is also used to control pests and diseases that can become established in the soil over time. The changing of crops in a sequence decreases the population level of pests by (1) interrupting pest life cycles and (2) interrupting pest habitat."

Our goal is to interrupt the pest habitat. The governmental termites are eating away at your bank account, denying you services like street repair and public access TV (especially during an election cycle,) and the sheer arrogance of Muccini-Burke's "State of the City Address" was appalling - she was speaking directly to the sycophants and not to the constituents who are paying the freight.

CROP ROTATION: "Crop rotation is a systematic approach to deciding which crop to plant where in your vegetable garden from one year to the next. The goals of crop rotation are to help manage organic soil fertility and also to help avoid or reduce problems with soil-borne diseases and some soil-dwelling insects, such as corn rootworms."

Let's get to the ROOT of the problem.  It's time for a sea change.

Look at the silly flyer Muccini-Burke threw together in 2015
