The Medford City Council expressed at times vehement disagreement with two of Mayor Stephanie Burke’s financial proposals at a June 27 meeting, ultimately passing one motion and tabling another for further review.



“There’s a lot of questions out there, and they need to be resolved,” Councilor Breanna Lungo-Koehn said. “Money needs to be spent in the squares, but we need to do it the right way, we need to make sure everyone’s at the table when we do so.”
