SENT TO ONE OF MR. FINN'S ENABLERS TONIGHT, MR. MARK E. RUMLEY

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Muccini-Burke said to this writer May 2017

"He's not my city clerk"

in regards to Edward P. Finn.

Talk about throwing someone under the bus.

Didn't Burke get the ball rolling to allegedly get Finn hired at City Hall?  If so, he sure is "her" clerk.

EDWARD P. FINN SAID TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN YELLING INCIDENT BY RICHARD F. CARAVIELLO - UNDER OATH IN CRIMINAL COURT  1-31-17

EDWARD P. FINN SNUBBED SUBPOENA TO TESTIFY

I will be asking legal advice from a number of lawyers if
Mr. Finn can be charged with contempt.

A subpoena is a formal written order,  sometimes called a “writ,” issued by a court or other body commanding a
person to appear and testify and, in some cases, to produce documents.

The subpoena is a court order, and failure to respond to it can be punished as contempt.  (Wikipedia)

As a mayoral candidate I am VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with a city clerk who:

a)told his staff NOT to accept any petitions from me for the city council, a violation of the open meeting law, in my opinion

b)a clerk that the city council president testified was involved in a "yelling" incident.

The victim, Joe Viglione, alleges that he was assaulted - felonious assault on a senior citizen - by the city clerk of Medford who has antagonized the same victim for years with censorship of petitions to the city council.  Mr. Finn takes liberties to change the wording despite the fact that he is paid to be a public servant.

Voter fraud is real

EDWARD P. FINN, EX FOOTBALL PLAYER, MEATHEAD, AND CITY JERK OF MEDFORD, IS FAR MORE DANGEROUS THAN NOE OLVERA, STAT SMITH AND STEPHANIE MUCCINI-BURKE COMBINED!!!

Noe Olvera, a 44-year-old resident of Mission, pleaded guilty March 7, 2017, admitting he accepted $1,000 for providing the addresses in relation to the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s race in 2014.

Did ex-Rep. Stephen 'Stat' Smith act alone in election fixing case ...

https://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2013/01/06/did-rep...stat-smith.../story.html

Jan 6, 2013 - Stephen “Stat” Smith is the state representative from Everett. Or at least he was until last Tuesday, when he tendered his resignation as part of a ...

In 2006 he was elected state representative.

On December 20, 2012, US AttorneyCarmen Ortiz
announced that Smith had agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of deprivation of rights under color of law for his role in a voter fraud scheme in which Smith cast absentee ballots for voters who were ineligible or unaware of ballots being cast in their names. It was announced that Smith would resign effective January 1, 2013. As part of his plea agreement, Smith will not be allowed to run for public office for five years.[3]

While holding signs for Bob Penta there were cars honking, people cheering, meanwhile, the lone Burke sign had no one making any kind of a fuss.

Burke lost both debates, that is undeniable.  With a former city councilor in the audience looking like he was pulling an "Aunty Carol" and allegedly feeding Burke info at the high school debate, and with her dirty, filthy husband issuing a vulgarity to a man with a video camera, we see how untrustworthy this city is when it comes to elections and the people forced to pay more every single year, never with a break, but with Mrs. Burke lavishing undeserved monies on hacks and her inner circle.

It's sick.

Ed Finn, if city hall decides they need him, will be Exhibit A if any funny business is found during election 2017.
Ed Finn or his wife allegedly told a Republican state committee person that Penta would lose and that Stephanie Burke would win - in June at the Stop and Shop-  the same week Finn slugged a senior citizen with a "chest bump" from the ex-football player,

I have lots more information I am not putting in this document...holding that material back for now, but let's be clear about this, Edward P. Finn in censoring Medford residents and telling his staff NOT to accept petitions to the city council is guilty of violating the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Are you going to stand up for your rights, Medford?

Or does everyone continue to want me to do the heavy lifting?
