With Election 2017 on November 7, a mere four months away, we have a mayor intentionally dragging her feet on access television, ostensibly to keep all the candidates off of the channel as long as she possibly can.

The new rumor from inside city hall, Muccini-Burke malarkey alleging that she doesn't want to "spend money" on a primary when she spends money like a drunken sailor.   She is purportedly terrified that she will lose the primary. We will repeat this and expand upon it further down this e mail.

Muccini-Burke's big campaign promise of a new access TV station was a lie.  The Vocational / Technical school held an event June 14th - an event for the public - but they refused to let the man who is, arguably, the host with the most access TV experience in the history of Medford participate;  a man who started hosting in 1979 in Somerville, offering to lecture the parents and students for 10-15 minutes on my documentary film out in worldwide release on a founding member of the Jefferson Airplane, Marty Balin.  He's only in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the contract negotiations were sensitive, substantial, as was the promotion and development of the project.  Clearly of great value to any discussion of movies.

Unless you have an Administration gleefully discriminating against a homosexual senior citizen.

Krissie Fraser's damaging e mail is below denying me a simple 10 minutes to utilize OUR access TV station that WE fund to help the students and their parents.

THE END OF MCC TV 3
When this cable TV veteran was the point man, the key individual who mobilized the city council and utilized a series of public records requests which helped bring down the crony-infested Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., we saved the city of Medford over Six Hundred Thousand Dollars by my estimate.

Rather than reward this access TV veteran, Jeanne Martin, members of the city council and Doreen Wade, the victim, instead, Muccini-Burke hijacked our hard work and honest efforts.  Like a creep in the night (or worse) Muccini-Burke has forced the public's right to a First Amendment extension that is access television, forced that right over to the Vocational Technical school to DENY candidates the same opportunity THAT MUCCINI BURKE HAS WITH HER GALLIVANTING ON THE HIGH SCHOOL OR GOVERNMENT CHANNEL LIKE THE PRIVATE ACCESS FRANK PILLERI AND TV3 ADMINISTERED WHICH DID INCALCULABLE DAMAGE TO OUR CITY.

WHERE IS PUBLIC ACCESS FOR ELECTION 2017, WHICH IS ONLY 17 WEEKS AWAY - FOUR MONTHS AWAY!

June 14th  Vocational Technical gets to enjoy access TV
July   19th The City Council of Medford set to hijack access TV

Meanwhile mayoral candidate John Byers cannot do his sports show, you are denied my work from Somerville TV, all because Muccini-Burke is a yellow-bellied coward, frightened of free speech and what exposure could bring to an Administration whose leader WRKO radio labeled as "a charlatan."  Charlatan Muccini-Burke.

AND SHE IS TERRIFIED THAT SHE IS GOING TO LOSE THE PRIMARY

Stephanie Muccini-Burke is highly unpopular in this city, and she knows it.  The first six candidates are the tip of the iceberg, I'm hearing rumblings about three more potential mayoral candidates, one with deep pockets from near the Arlington line.

Muccini-Burke in a primary could easily get knocked out, and she knows it.  So the rumor is that she will say she wants to "save the city money" and not have a primary.   It is more Muccini-Burke b.s.   She is frightened and she is a coward.  It is self-serving, as self-serving as her 44 references to herself in her initial 2015 press release.  It is ALL about Stephanie, everyone else be damned.

The 2015 election was hardly legitimate and the specter of Ed FInn's unclean hands touching this election when the city clerk showed contempt for the court system and failed to show up, under subpoena, on January 31, 2017.

Talk about a bunch of mercenary cowards.

Where is our access TV station?

We could have had a temporary van and mobile station which could fit in nicely with a new PUBLIC TV system, but the mayor who is ripping off senior citizens with pay-to-park, the mayor with broken streets and a hack-infested corner office, doesn't give a damn about anyone but herself.

Her bumper sticker says STEPHANIE '17 - which is pure arrogance.  REMOVE STEPHANIE in 2017 is more like it.

Where is our access TV, Mr. Rumley?

When will the candidates be able to produce and air their own spots, not a "Jack Dempsey Special" with limited audio (if any) and a tilted camera for anyone opposed to Mrs. Burke.

Enough of this censorship and abuse of cable TV subscriber monies.   A Class Action suit naming Muccini-Burke as the access TV culprit will enlighten cable TV subscribers on how they are being robbed

Ed Finn must not touch these new machines; Ed Finn must be removed from this process. Ed Finn is dirty.

Medford wake up.

Where is our Access TV?

Mr. Viglione,

Thank you for taking the time to email your concerns. As a Media Tech high school teacher, I am coordinating this first ever event for our middle and high school students. It is intended to showcase the work they have done in my class and around the building.

I would like to inform you that I am not the station manager, therefore, I do not have the ability to approve any such showing of a video. Particularly, since I have not viewed the video previously as we follow the Medford Public Schools acceptable use policy, I am not able to have you show this to our students.

However, the City of Medford is in the final stages of hiring a station manager. At that time, I would recommend you seek that individual out for appropriate access time as you are a community member.

Please know that this event is for our students and not part of the access studio in any way. If you seek further clarification, I would ask that you contact the superintendent of schools, Mr. Roy Belson.

Sincerely,

Krissie Fraser
